PLASTIC BOTTLE CAPS RECYCLING

Mansfield Township is accepting many different types of screw-on plastic caps from soda, water, teas, etc…, also milk, sports drinks, fruit or juice drinks, spirits, ales, spices, medicine, peanut butter, mayo lids, etc… The only lids not accepted at this time are laundry caps, shave creams, flip top, and pull top, butter or cottage cheese type lids.

Container for clean lids is available at the Municipal Building (upper level). Lids can also be taken to the Township Recycling Center the second Saturday of every month from 8:00 a.m. – noon at 330 Port Murray Road – Lids must be clean and in a separate container.
