NOTICE TO BIDDERS

TOWNSHIP OF MANSFIELD

WARREN COUNTY, NEW JERSEY

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Township Clerk of the Township of Mansfield, County of Warren, State of New Jersey, at the Municipal Building, located at 100 Port Murray Road, Port Murray, New Jersey on Wednesday, February 11, 2026 at 11:00 am.

 LAWN MOWING AND TRIMMING

 Specifications may be obtained at the Office of the Township Clerk, Municipal Building, 100 Port Murray Road, Port Murray, New Jersey. 

Bidders must submit complete and detailed specifications of the product or service, which Bidder proposes to supply.

The right to reject any and all bids or to accept the Bid or any item of any bid deemed most advantageous to the Township of Mansfield and to award contracts accordingly is expressly reserved to the authority of the Township Committee of the Township of Mansfield.

NOTE:  All bidders must comply with P.L. 1975, c 127 signed into law June 23, 1975 and P.L. 1977, c 33 signed into law March 7, 1977, which laws are a part of the specifications in their entirety.

 All proposals shall be enclosed in sealed envelopes, plainly marked

“LAWN MOWING AND TRIMMING” and shall show the name and address of the bidder.  Bids may be forwarded by certified mail.  If mailed, the sealed envelope containing the proposal and marked as directed above, must be enclosed in another envelope properly addressed.

 Bids will not be received after the time specified for the opening of the bids.  Bids received after the hour appointed will be deemed invalid and returned unopened to the Bidder.
