COMCAST PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the Township Committee of the Township of Mansfield will hold a municipal consent hearing on Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at 7:30 pm at the Mansfield Township Municipal Building located at 100 Port Murray Road, Port Murray, New Jersey.

This hearing will be held for the purpose of evaluating the application of Comcast of New Jersey II, LLC for the renewal of its municipal consent to own, operate, extend, and maintain a cable television and cable communications system in the Township of Mansfield and is held in accordance with N.J.S.A. 48:5A-23, and N.J.A.C. 14:18-11:6, and all applicable statutory and regulatory provisions.

Any interested parties are invited to attend and be heard with respect to this application.  The application is on file with the Township Municipal Clerk and can be reviewed between the hours of 8:30 am through 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday at the Township Clerk’s office, 100 Port Murray Road, Port Murray, New Jersey, or by visiting www.mansfieldtownship-nj.gov.

Pursuant to the Open Public Meetings Act of the State of New Jersey, public notice is hereby given that the Township Committee of the Township of Mansfield will hold their annual reorganization meeting on January 1, 2024 at 12:00 noon at the Mansfield Township Municipal Building, 100 Port Murray Road, Port Murray, New Jersey 07865. Official action may be taken.

PUBLIC NOTICE OF THE REGULAR SCHEDULED MEETINGS FOR 2024 OF

THE MANSFIELD TOWNSHIP COMMITTEE

In compliance with the Open Public Meetings Act (OPMA), N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 and pursuant to N.J.S.A. 10:4-18 which permits the Township Committee to adopt an annual regular meeting schedule where the governing body will transact business. WHEREAS, the Township Clerk has drafted an annual regular meeting calendar resolution that was adopted by the Township Committee on December 13, 2023. WHEREAS, the adopted regular meeting schedule that will commence at 7:30 pm at the Mansfield Township Municipal Building, 100 Port Murray Road, Port Murray, New Jersey 07865 at which formal action may be taken, is as follows:
