NOTICE OF ONLINE PUBLIC AUCTION FOR SALE OF SURPLUS PERSONAL PROPERTY NO LONGER NEEDED BY THE TOWNSHIP OF MANSFIELD, COUNTY OF WARREN, STATE OF NEW JERSEY

The Township of Mansfield will conduct an online public auction sale of a 2013 Ford Explorer through Municibid.  The auction will be held pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-36 and P.L. 2001, C.30 on Municibid online auction site, www.municibid.com. The auction will begin on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 and end on Friday, December 19, 2025. Bidders must pre-register with Municibid Online Auctions at www.municibid.com.  Bidders wishing to inspect the item should contact the Township Clerk’s office at 908-689-6151 Ext. 128 to set up an appointment.  The Township of Mansfield does not provide guarantee and/or warranties relative to the item being sold.  All sales will be made to the highest bidder; shall be final and sold in “as-is, where-is” condition, free from any guarantee or warranty or claim to operation.  The Township of Mansfield reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.  The item must be paid in full within five (5) business days of the close of auction and must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the buyer’s certificate.   Acceptable payment methods include Cashier’s Checks or Money Orders drawn to the order of the Township of Mansfield.
