Welcome to Mansfield Rec Youth Soccer Programs
Our Vision is to provide world-class soccer programs that enrich children’s lives, we are a non-profit organization.
We do so by developing and delivering quality soccer programs which promote a fun, family environment based upon our four philosophies:
- Everyone Plays – All Mansfield Rec Soccer players are guaranteed playing time in each and every game. Players PLAY, not sit…
- Balanced Teams – Mansfield Rec Soccer teams are balanced annually to give every team an equal opportunity of winning or losing.
- Positive Coaching – All Mansfield Rec Soccer coaches will coach in a Positive, Instructional and Encouraging manner.
- Good Sportsmanship – Mansfield Rec Soccer teams, players, coaches, managers, referees and parents will exhibit good sportsmanship at all times.
We have a great team of Volunteer Coaches and they are looking forward to working with your girls/boys to help them develop their soccer skills. If you have an interest in volunteering as a coach or in another role, we are always happy to have our parents involved. We strive to teach by example such values as teamwork, effort, cooperation, fair play and both winning and losing graciously, all while ensuring that our kids can play in a safe, fair and fun environment.
While the league provides uniforms (shirt and shorts), here are some things that each player should have at each game and practice:
- Shin Guards, Soccer Socks and Soccer Cleats
- Water Bottle
- Bug Spray (as needed)
Rules we need to follow:

All Players must have shin guards in order to play.

No jewelry is allowed during games. This includes earrings. Please remove prior to games.

Parents/Spectators are not allowed to watch the game on the same side as the players. This is a mandatory rule and is strictly enforced especially for the older kids. We love the support, but please make sure you watch the game from the opposite side of the field as the players.
ALL UNIFORMS MUST BE RETURNED AFTER THE SEASON AS THESE ITEMS BELONG TO THE TOWN.
